To add a Downloadable PDF

See top left corner of Weebly editor 
click the Multimedia tab
drag the file icon where you want it on the web page
it will prompt you to upload a file
upload file... 
Done!

To Update Phone List

Take excel spread sheet of phone list,
add names then upload to website by
clicking mutimedia tab and choosing
embed document.  Also save phone
list as a pdf and then follow directions
above to add pdf to web page.

How to print a web page or convert to a word doc

1 Go to webpage
2 select all from edit menu
3 save on desktop as an html document
4 open html doc in word
5 delete exta stuff and fix font to black 
6 now save as a PDF file
7 either print or use pdf file as an attachment to an email
